Project Summery : JAT Services provided a highly skilled team for an aggressive acquisition program. JAT has three property experts embedded into the Rapid Transit Integration division and has a role in the acquisition of a significant number of residential, rural, commercial and retail properties including vacant possession of operating businesses and family homes.

These example projects demonstrate that JAT Services has the experience, breadth, reputation and discipline to manage large numbers of transactions concurrently. The transactions comprised of all asset classes and required detailed due diligence, combined with an extensive knowledge of valuation and the property market. The acquisitions were completed either through negotiations or by compulsory acquisition.
